Bugs Reporting

We strive to make great products, but we're only human and sometimes we make mistakes. That's why we always try to fix problems as quickly as we can. If you find something that you perceive to be a bug, you can submit a bug report by sending an email to support@hotpress.co.za. When submitting a report, please include the following information. Failing to do so may delay our response:

1. Your API Token;
2. The complete endpoint, including any URL queries where the error was encounted;
3. The actual result you got;
4. What you were expecting to get;
